Question: What is the disease called that would force a person to live in a bubble?

Answer: Usually one of the severe immunodeficiency diseases. The one pictured in the firm about the Boy in the Bubble was probably Severe Combined ImmunoDeficiency, this is usually a genetically conferred disease.
