Buprehorpine [posted 8/14/98]
Question: I would appreciate it if you could relay all available information on the drug Buprehorpine. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Answer: Buprehorpine is sold under the brand name suprenex. It is a controlled narcotic which is used parenterally. It has the same side effects as any narcotic and the same addiction potential. It is a little higher affinity for binding sites than morphine and is a lot more expensive. However, I don't see any great advantage in the drug.
