Question:What are the benifits/side effects of the use of clomiphane citrate in middle aged males?

Answer: Clomiphene citrate is usually referred to by its brand name, clomid. This is a drug used in fertility clinics to treat women who are not ovulating. It works by starting a series of steps leading to ovulation. I'm aware of no particular reason why a man would be using this drug.
