Dalmane
Question: I am now taking the generic form of dalmane (flurazepam). I have taken the brand name and I don't think the generic form works as well. I know there have been studies done between generic and brand name drugs and some generic drugs were proved to be not as effective as the brand name counterpart. I would like to contact the manufacturer of dalmane for more information and have been unable to find out how to contact them. Do you think it is possible that the generic drug I am taking could be less effective than the brand name?

Answer: Dalmane is made by Roche Labs. The telephone number there is 800-526-6367. Patient to patient variability with drugs is notorious. If you see a difference there probably is.
