Question: Could you give me some information on the drug desryl?

Answer: Desryl (trazadone HCl) is an antidepressant which is in a class of its own. It appears to work through the serotonin system of the brain. Side effects of desryl include postural hypotension, occasional priapism (continuous erection), dry mouth, constipation, heart irregularities, and dizziness.
