Question: Do you know where I can get this medicine?

Answer: Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist which is used to treat various upper GI problems with motility. It is usually used to treat nausea and emptying of the stomach. It is available by prescription as Motilium and is usually started at 20 mg doses.
