Margarine vs. Butter
Question: I've been brought up eating margarine all my life, and recently I have heard that margarine because it is hydrogenated is worse than butter. Is this true?

Answer: This battle has been fought for years. It is unclear which is the "best" fat; although, lower fat is probably the answer. The current hot topic is using monosaturated fats like olive oil. This actually appears to lower risk in some studies. There is a margarine which is made of olive oil. This is my preference. But, just keep the intake low.
