Question: Can you give me a list of drugs which have a high incidence of ototoxicity as an adverse reaction.

Answer: Vancomycin and the aminoglycosides are the major problem. This class includes streptomycin, amikacin, tobramycin, neomycin, kanamycin, and netilmicin.
