Question: How reversible are the toxicities of penicillamine on the bone marrow and kidney and when to expect a recovery of the bone marrow after cessation of the drug?

Answer: Usually 100% depending on the dosage and the length of time that the patient has been taking the drug. Longer time and higher doses may cause irreversible problems. Do you have this information?
