Question: What are effective antibiotic therapies against serratia?

Answer: In general, Serratia is difficult to cure. It depends a little on whether this is a urine, wound, pneumonia etc. Some serratias are very resistant-some less so. The best bet is to culture the bacteria and see its individual resistant characteristics.
