Varicose Veins
Question: During pregnancy my leg veins became varicose. At the time doctor recommended my a tight bandage and after birth Venoruton. At first I took Venoruton gel and that seemed to help. After that I switched to Venoruton pills as it is difficult to treat all veins. But since then there is no visible change. I wonder if I should use gel again or I should do something else.

Answer: Probably nothing will help a lot other than weight loss, elevating your legs occasionally and support stockings(the thick, hot ugly ones).

Veins
Question: How long are the veins in a persons body ?

Answer: The longest would stretch from your toes to your heart.

Veins
Question: My wife is concerned that she has blue veins showing clearly on her chest and arms. Is this a cause for concern? What causes this and should she see doctor?

Answer: Dilated veins are the cause and are uncommon on the chest (very common in the legs). They probably don't mean anything, but they need to be examined to find the cause.
