Question: I suffer from extremely dry eyes and since taking first Prozac, then Celexa, and now on Serzone, I have been having dry mouth. Is there anything else I can take that would not cause dry mouth and aggravate the dry eye condition? I am considering weaning off the medication because of this. I am miserable with these conditions anyway. Most of the source of my depression (4 parents to look after in nursing homes) has been resolved with 3 having died)

Answer: Other than eye drops there is no treatment for this side effect. If it persists off the medications discuss it with your doctor, there is a medical condition called Sjogren's Disease that causes these symptoms as well.
