Electricity - High Voltage
Question: Which is the minimum distance to build a house from high voltage transmission lines in order not to be affected by high voltage lines?

Answer: I really don't think this is a real issue. Currently, research has not indicated any increase in any type of cancer or lymphoma from this type of exposure. Also, merely sheathing your house with aluminum foil will completely block any external electrical flux or exposure. This is almost always done in either insulation or metal siding. This will allow some flux through the windows(decreased by metal screens), but very minimal. You can get an electrical engineer to read the level at your housing side-but, this is extremely effective prevention.
