Question: My 77 year old father was recently diagnosed with corticobasal degeneration. I have read that there are no treatments for this disease. Are there any new or experimental drugs being used to treat this disease?

Answer: Not to my knowledge, but you might check the NIH site or the experimental site, ClinicalTrialDirectory.com
