Answer: Norgesic Forte is orphenadrine differing from Norgesic in that the Forte is twice as much drug. Orphenadrine is a drug which works in the brain stem by blocking certain aspects of the reticular activating system. Consequently, it is used in treating muscle spasms and other muscular problems. Side effects include drowsiness, urinary retention or hesitation, constipation, occasional nausea.
