Question: can prozac be used more sucessfully than luvox? to satisfy ocd/anxiety/depression reducing the possibilty of severe side effects? he has been on luvox for several years and seems to still have rapid anger as a primary behavior of property destruction and SIB.
Answer: Worth a try, but there will probably be little difference.

Question: Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife and I are wanting to try for a 2nd child – but she is currently taking 150mg of Fluvoxamine (faverin)per day is this safe to go through pregnancy while taking this drug?
Answer: It is a Class C drug and not recommended during pregnancy, but it would depend on the severity of her depression on stopping the medication. I would discuss options with her md.
