Question: I am taking calcium with magnesium. But also I take extra magnesium. I want to know is this such a thing as to much magnesium. How much is the normal daily doses of magnesium.

Answer: Not unless you have any sort of kidney trouble. Normal kidneys excrete any excess magnesium without any problems.
