Answer: Rohaxin(methocarbamol) is used in the treatment of muscle spasm and muscle pain. It should be used with caution in patients with renal insufficiency and in patients with known seizure disorders. Side effects include vertigo, drowsiness, hypotension, and thrombophlebitis.
