Question: I can not find the IV dose of ketorolac ( all i can find is im or oral use ) Can you please tell me what the reaction would be if ketorolac is given IV push. And if there are any drug interactions with ketorolac IV given with phenergan iv and benadryl iv push.

Answer: Patients less than 65 receive 30 mg IV push(less than 15 seconds). Patients over 65 or with renal impairment receive 15 mg. I am not aware of any reactions with phenergan or benadryl.
